Superannuation
The Superannuation module allows HR administrators to view employee details and configure superannuation fund information for each employee. This ensures compliance with Australian superannuation requirements and accurate processing of employer contributions.
View Employee Details
The employee details section provides a comprehensive overview of each employee's information, including their superannuation and onboarding status.
What You Can View
Display employee detailed information here — Superannuation-Onboarding-etc
Employee details include:
- Personal Information: Name, contact details, and identification
- Employment Details: Position, department, start date, and employment type
- Superannuation Status: Current fund details and contribution settings
- Onboarding Progress: Status of onboarding tasks and training completion
- Payroll Information: Salary, tax, and payment details

Set Employee Superannuation Information
The superannuation setup section allows you to configure each employee's super fund details to ensure correct contribution processing.
Fund Options
There are options available, including APRA regulated funds and SMSF.
Supported fund types:
- APRA Regulated Funds: Select from a list of regulated super funds (e.g., AustralianSuper, REST, Sunsuper)
- SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund): Enter the employee's self-managed fund details including fund name, ABN, BSB, and account number
How to Set Up Superannuation
- Navigate to Employee Profile: Open the employee's detail page
- Select Superannuation Section: Click on the superannuation tab or section
- Choose Fund Type: Select either APRA regulated fund or SMSF
- Enter Fund Details: Fill in the required fund information
- Save and Confirm: Submit the details to complete the setup

Setup Confirmation
Once the superannuation information is saved successfully, the system will confirm the update.
