- Organize benefits into categories for easy management

- Delete: Remove outdated or discontinued benefit programs
- View Application Records: Access employee benefit application history and enrollment data
- Approve Applications: Review and approve employee benefit enrollment requests
- Delete Records: Remove or archive benefit application records as needed
