Policy Management
HR uploads company policies, sets the audience (department or all staff), and tracks acknowledgement.
Employees browse, read, and acknowledge assigned policies in My Policies.

Create new policy
Click the + Create New Policy button to add new policy to your personal repository. The system supports a PDF file format and provides easy-to-use upload functionality. Here you can also set the audience to where the policy is applicable.

Acknowledgment List
This section displays a list of employees who have and have not acknowledged the policy. You can send reminders to those with pending acknowledgements, and export the list as a CSV file for reporting purposes.
