Total Employee

Purpose: Monitor your workforce size and growth trends

Functionality:

  • Displays the total count of all currently employed staff
  • Compares current month's new hires with previous month
  • Provides month-over-month growth analysis

Total Present

Purpose: Monitor daily attendance in real-time

Functionality:

  • Shows the number of employees present on the current day
  • Compares today's attendance with yesterday's numbers
  • Displays attendance rate percentage

Use Case: Quickly assess daily workforce availability and identify attendance patterns.


Total Absent

Purpose: Track absenteeism and identify potential issues

Functionality:

  • Counts employees absent on the current day
  • Compares current day's absences with previous day
  • Shows absence rate trends

On Leave

Purpose: Manage and track employee leave requests
