My Performance

When your company runs a performance review cycle, you complete your part in Performance > My Performance. The page has two tabs: Self-Assessment and Review History.

How a review works​

Your review moves through three stages, shown as a progress bar at the top of the page:

  1. Self-Assessment — you rate your own performance and submit it
  2. Manager Review — your manager completes their review of you
  3. Completed — the review is finalised

When a cycle opens you'll receive an email and in-app notification, and the page shows an "Action required: Complete your self-assessment" banner. If there is no active cycle, the page simply says so.

Completing your self-assessment​

The self-assessment has three sections:

Goals​

Rate your performance on each goal your manager has set for you, and add notes if you like. If no goals appear, your manager can add them from their Team Performance Review page.

Competencies​

Rate yourself on each of the five competencies:

  • Communication
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
  • Initiative & Ownership
  • Technical Skills
  • Leadership

Overall​

Give yourself an overall rating and add your overall comments.

All ratings use the same 1–5 scale: 1 Unsatisfactory, 2 Needs Improvement, 3 Meets Expectations, 4 Exceeds Expectations, 5 Outstanding.

You can Save Draft at any point and come back later. When you're ready, click Submit Self-Assessment on the Overall tab.

Who sees your self-assessment?

Your self-assessment is visible only to you and your manager. Once submitted, your manager is notified and your review shows as Awaiting Manager Review — you can't edit a submitted self-assessment, so review it before submitting.

Deadlines and reminders​

Each cycle has a self-assessment deadline. You'll get an automatic reminder 7 days before the deadline and again on the day, until you've submitted.

Review History​

The Review History tab shows your completed reviews from past cycles, including your ratings over time.
