What's New in Phase 5
Phase 5 turns the HR Tool's AI from something you ask into something that works alongside you. The landing page becomes an Agent Dashboard, and three agents watch your HR data, propose what to do, and wait for your approval.

Headline features
🤖 Agent Dashboard
The page you land on after signing in is rebuilt around the agents: Needs your sign-off, Agents on duty, Agent activity, Headcount by department and Quick actions, with the Hera message box still at its centre.
Browse agents opens the agent dashboard itself — Your agent workforce — with a card per agent showing whether it is enabled.

🔎 Sourcing Agent
Detects new candidates, reviews each against the job description, and proposes interview or reject. On approval it sends the candidate notification automatically.

📋 Onboarding Agent
Monitors onboarding progress and sends chasers, and recommends leave entitlements for new starters. On approval it updates the employee record.

📑 Policy Agent
Reviews existing policies for gaps, conflicts and compliance concerns against Australian requirements, and returns recommendations.

💬 Hera is still here
Hera continues to answer questions about your organisation, your employees and the HR tool. The split is simple: Hera answers, agents act.

How agents behave
| Permissions | HR and Admin roles only — see Roles and Permissions |
| Approval | Agents propose; a person approves. Proposals collect in the Inbox |
| Traceability | Every agent keeps a history trail and an event trail of decisions |
| Autonomy | Available but BETA — keep human approval on for now |
Agents can be set to act without asking, but this is in BETA. Leave human approval enabled for the interim so every action is reviewed before it reaches a candidate or an employee record.
Under the hood
All three agents are powered by Xagent, connected under Company Settings → Integrations. Phase 5 also moved the existing AI features onto Xagent:

Phase 5 is actively shipping. Where an agent card shows Coming soon, that feature is built but not yet switchable — check back rather than raising it as a fault.
